Carol Gabriel - Gabriel's Irish Wolfhounds

Involvement in the breed:
I began sharing my life with Irish Wolfhounds when my family, Major Acres, gave me my first in 1972. After enjoying many years of showing Major Acres Dogs, I branched out into Gabriel's Irish Wolfhounds.

I am a founding member of the NCIWC and have served as president for many years. I am a member of the national club, the IWAWC, the IWCPS and several Scottish Deerhound clubs.

I have competed with my dogs in conformation, obedience, lure coursing, open field coursing and most recently, therapy dogs. Through my activities with my hounds I've made many good friends in the USA, Canada and Germany. .
